1. Assist in culinary preparations and service alongside the Demi-Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
2. Participate in kitchen activities, collaborating with the Chef de Partie, Head Chef, and Director of Food and Beverage.
3. Contribute to presentations and preparations in front of guests, maintaining impeccable demeanor and appearance.
4. Prepare assigned sections, performing tasks such as cleaning, slicing, and garnishing according to culinary standards.
5. Execute dishes following precise instructions, ensuring correct cooking and seasoning as directed by superiors.
6. Ensure food storage complies with current regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
7. Organize work based on set objectives.
