1. Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi-Chef de Partie with mise en place, production, and service in the kitchen.
2. Participate in culinary presentations and preparations in front of guests, ensuring impeccable conduct and appearance.
3. Prepare and organize the assigned section, adhering to culinary standards for tasks such as cleaning, slicing, and garnishing.
4. Execute dishes according to instructions, ensuring proper cooking and seasoning as directed by superiors.
5. Ensure food is stored according to current standards and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
6. Organize work based on set objectives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
