- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi-Chef de Partie with mise en place, production, and service in the kitchen.
- Participate in culinary presentations and preparations in front of guests, ensuring impeccable conduct and appearance.
- Prepare and organize the assigned section, adhering to culinary standards for tasks such as cleaning, slicing, and garnishing.
- Execute dishes according to instructions, ensuring proper cooking and seasoning as directed by superiors.
- Ensure food is stored according to current standards and maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Organize work based on set objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
