Cheval Blanc Commercial Coordinator

- Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
- Assist in the monitoring of internal and external budgets.
- Organize and track travel arrangements for the commercial team.
- Conduct tours of the Maison for guests and partners.
- Maintain relationships with consortia such as Virtuoso and FHR.
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
- Review and update commercial materials including presentations and media.
- Manage email correspondence and follow-ups during team absences.
- Coordinate and organize travel agent stays.
- Previous experience in a similar establishment or luxury hospitality sector.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to focus on client needs while maintaining composure and courtesy.
- Creativity, organization, and versatility.
- Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliability.
- Desire to learn and progress.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
Advanced degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.
