1. Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
2. Assist in the monitoring of internal and external budgets.
3. Organize and track travel arrangements for the commercial team.
4. Conduct tours of the Maison for guests and partners.
5. Maintain relationships with consortia such as Virtuoso and FHR.
6. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging market trends.
7. Review and update commercial materials including presentations and media.
8. Manage email correspondence and follow-ups during team absences.
9. Coordinate and organize travel agent stays.

1. Previous experience in a similar establishment or luxury hospitality sector.
2. Advanced degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.

1. Fluency in English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud or similar hotel management systems.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to focus on client needs while maintaining composure and courtesy.
6. Creativity, organization, and versatility.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliability.
8. Desire to learn and progress.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.

Advanced degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business School.
