- Ensure the welcoming of clients both telephonically and in-person at sales points in accordance with the hotel's established procedures.
- Maintain optimal client satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Promote sales points and restaurant events organized by the hotel.
- Assist in managing and organizing administrative operations for the restaurant Langosteria departments.
- Ensure the smooth operation of processes, effective internal communications, and adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris standards.
- Master the restaurant and other Langosteria services, including SOPs.
- Manage reservations via phone, email, internet, and in-person, providing tailored responses to client needs.
- Facilitate both physical and telephonic client reception and seating.
- Guarantee service quality for each client and contribute to client loyalty.
- Recognize regular clientele and profile clients using Sevenrooms.
- Conduct daily follow-up on all reservations and optimize restaurant occupancy.
- Coordinate special event reservations from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate client requests with other Cheval Blanc Paris services.
- Handle restaurant closure administration, including reports and issues.
- Inform management of any unusual situations regarding client or colleague safety risks.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of restaurant projects, particularly related to cuisine.
- Ensure effective information dissemination between kitchen, restaurant, and other hotel services.
- Participate in menu management, including creation, modification, and printing.
- Support and follow up on technical sheets for new dishes.
- Ensure hygiene standards support and follow-up.
- Manage economat orders and stock of materials.
- Collaborate with service heads and HR to manage team training registrations.
- Share ambassador-related information within the hotel.
- Liaise with the finance department regarding invoices, deposits, and other financial elements.
- Experience in a similar environment is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Knowledge of Sevenrooms is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar environment is required.
