1. Provide a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant.
2. Assist the F&B Manager in embodying the Art of Hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
3. Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired spaces.
4. Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
5. Manage reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while considering specific guest needs.
6. Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up on reservations, effectively communicating with relevant teams and coordinating group requests.
7. Act as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting the restaurants and culinary events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.

1. Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
2. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
3. Familiarity with the Seven Rooms reservation system.
4. Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
5. Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including internships or positions in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
