- Provide a warm and refined welcome to guests at the restaurant.
- Assist the F&B Manager in embodying the Art of Hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Offer personalized and attentive service, guiding guests to their tables or desired spaces.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Manage reservation requests via phone, email, or in person, optimizing space occupancy while considering specific guest needs.
- Maintain rigorous administrative follow-up on reservations, effectively communicating with relevant teams and coordinating group requests.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, promoting the restaurants and culinary events organized by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated.
- Familiarity with the Seven Rooms reservation system.
- Strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including internships or positions in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality/restaurant management or equivalent.
