1. Contribute to the quality of chocolate and confectionery offerings while ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
2. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for chocolate creations.
3. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the confection and elaboration of chocolates and confectioneries.
4. Execute necessary adjustments for chocolate coatings and various chocolate types.
5. Participate actively in daily production to meet set objectives.
6. Maintain cleanliness of premises and equipment in strict adherence to HACCP standards.
7. Assist in receiving goods following established protocols.

1. CAP Pâtissier and/or CAP Chocolatier and/or BTM Chocolatier
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment
2. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
3. Team spirit
4. Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
5. Passion for hospitality and gastronomy

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
