1. Coordinate and ensure the quality of dining room service, contributing to a warm and refined atmosphere for guests.
2. Work alongside the Maître d’Hôtel to maintain service excellence, anticipating client needs and orchestrating team actions for a seamless experience.
3. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards, overseeing setup, cleaning, and supply management to guarantee impeccable service and optimal guest comfort.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments.
3. Previous experience (internship or position) in a similar setting.

1. Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Proficiency in service techniques.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Potential bicycle loan (conditions apply).
