- Promptly and professionally handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Maintain excellent guest relations, actively contributing to guest loyalty and satisfaction.
- Demonstrate expertise in menu items to accurately address inquiries.
- Exhibit presentation skills in line with LQA quality standards.
- Actively promote the department and uphold standards consistent with Hotel Pitrizza.
- Efficiently manage a designated station, ensuring a smooth service flow.
- Supervise and support Commis de Restauration.
- Understand all payment methods management.
- Prepare mise en place according to standards.
- Ensure effective communication with the Sommelier and other team members.
- Demonstrate effective and professional rapport with the team to create an efficient workflow.
- Perform effective upselling of food and beverages to increase revenue, providing alternatives and suggestions.
- Fully understand all dish descriptions.
- Accurately and efficiently complete billing procedures.
- Adhere to all cash handling and payment procedures.
- Comply with internal guidelines and policies.
- Actively participate in all team events.
- Engage in job-related training.
- Highlight any disciplinary issues.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
