14. Prepare mise en place according to standards.
15. Ensure effective communication with the Sommelier and other team members.
16. Demonstrate effective and professional rapport with the team to create an efficient workflow.
17. Perform effective upselling of food and beverages to increase revenue, providing alternatives and suggestions.
18. Fully understand all dish descriptions.
19. Accurately and efficiently complete billing procedures.
20. Adhere to all cash handling and payment procedures.
