1. Ensure guest reception and satisfaction in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
2. Oversee billing processes with approval from supervisory personnel.
3. Promote restaurant services and events within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
4. Set up, manage, and inspect assigned areas of the restaurant.
5. Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and optimize sales.
6. Take and manage orders, ensuring accurate and timely service of food and beverages.
7. Ensure alignment between kitchen-prepared dishes and guest orders, maintaining quality standards.
8. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
9. Present and process billing according to hotel procedures.
10. Promote hotel services and products.
11. Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
12. Supervise assigned staff and participate in inventory management.
13. Manage linen supply and wine cellar operations.
14. Facilitate internal communication and report any safety or security concerns to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
2. Strong organizational and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluency in English; Japanese language skills are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a comparable luxury establishment is required.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
