- Welcome guests to the restaurant according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Oversee billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote the restaurant's offerings and events as well as those across Cheval Blanc maisons.
- Set up, arrange, and inspect the designated section of the restaurant.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take and transmit orders, ensuring service of food and beverages aligns with hotel and restaurant standards.
- Ensure dishes prepared by the kitchen match the orders while maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc maisons.
- Perform cleaning tasks following hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risk situations to the hierarchy.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred gastronomic dining
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills

- Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment
- Sales and communication skills

- Proficiency in a third language preferred (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
