- Welcome guests at the restaurant following hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Oversee billing in the point of sale with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote the restaurant and events organized at the hotel and other Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, manage, and inspect the assigned area of the point of sale.
- Advise guests to ensure their complete satisfaction and contribute to maximizing the point of sale's revenue.
- Participate in or ensure order taking, transmission, and service of dishes and beverages according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure the prepared dishes match the order while adhering to the restaurant's quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Present the bill and process payments following hotel and point of sale procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks according to hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventories.
- Manage linens (setup, renewal, supply).
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate communication within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or client/colleague accident risks to the hierarchy.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred gastronomic restaurants.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential.
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.

- Desire to learn and progress in hospitality/restaurant professions.
- Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
