1. Assist the Head Waiter in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain high standards of service excellence and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
3. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and organize the service area according to the Maison's procedures.
4. Participate in service delivery, providing expertise and adhering to Cheval Blanc standards.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
6. Act as an ambassador for the establishment, promoting the restaurants and events hosted by the hotel and Cheval Blanc Maisons.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar setting.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
