1. Oversee a designated section of the menu, ensuring the highest standards of culinary excellence.
2. Prepare dishes in accordance with technical sheets, maintaining consistent quality.
3. Contribute to the creation of dishes by enhancing seasonal products while respecting the culinary identity of the establishment.
4. Ensure mise en place, preparation, and plating are executed with precision and care.
5. Supervise and mentor commis chefs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and fostering teamwork.
6. Exhibit exemplary organizational skills, culinary rigor, and attention to detail.

1. Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2.
2. Proven experience in starred restaurants (3 to 5 years).
3. Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef and/or Chef de Partie.

1. Mastery of mise en place, cooking, and plating techniques.
2. Ability to manage and supervise a station independently.
3. Experience in team leadership and training.
4. Stock management and material control.
5. Thorough knowledge of HACCP standards.
6. Creative collaboration with the Head Chef on menus.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within starred restaurants.

Culinary training from CAP to Bac+2.

Accommodation or a housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transport costs covered (€100 each way). Potential bicycle loan (conditions apply).
