1. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Policies & Procedures (P&P) within the designated area.
2. Oversee orders and deliveries to maintain seamless operations.
3. Train, inform, and supervise associates under direct responsibility.

6. Act as a coach and supervisor, guiding team members.
7. Supervise, participate in, and oversee preparation as directed by the Second Sous Chef.
8. Stay informed and inform subordinates about upcoming activities and events for the current and next two shifts.
9. Ensure compliance with SOPs at all times.
10. Participate in and oversee production processes.
11. Execute orders and handle emergency calls efficiently.
12. Ensure the team adheres to specific guidelines and standards.
13. Maintain quality control at all times.
14. Organize and participate in the cleaning of the kitchen and storage areas.
15. Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld in the designated area.
16. Maintain quality standards consistently.
17. Oversee the quality of each dish prepared in the section.
18. Supervise and control preparation across various stations.
19. Participate in the kitchen inventory process.
20. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
21. Complete requisition forms for the section.
22. Manage stock inventory effectively.
23. Verify and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas, especially at closing.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
