17. Supervise and oversee preparation across various stations.
18. Participate in the kitchen inventory process.
19. Oversee the maintenance of available equipment.
20. Complete requisition forms for the section.
21. Manage stock control effectively.
22. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas, particularly at closing.
