1. Oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards.
2. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to develop new menu items and refine existing ones.
3. Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
5. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

1. College level education in catering, preferably a Bachelor's Degree.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort or hotel.

1. Expertise in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
2. Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury resort or hotel, with a strong background in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.

College level education in catering, preferably a Bachelor's Degree.
