- Lead a culinary section, managing hot, cold, or pastry areas with expertise.
- Ensure meticulous preparation, flawless production, and exquisite presentation of dishes.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, fostering the next generation of chefs.
- Uphold the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade to optimize resource management and service fluidity.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar establishment
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- Proficient in culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
