1. Manage the kitchen operations related to bakery products.
2. Prepare and present a variety of bakery items to high standards.
3. Ensure consistency and quality in all bakery products.
4. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create daily menus.
5. Rotate menu items to provide variety and ensure guest satisfaction.
6. Maintain portion control and consistency in portion sizes.
7. Conduct regular taste tests and inspections.
8. Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
9. Maintain kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie (Bakery) or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
