1. Assist the Director of Culinary and Executive Chef in overseeing the restaurant operations at the Maison.
2. Manage and lead the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation.
3. Supervise the creation of authentic international dishes, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
4. Maintain the kitchen's efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
5. Develop innovative menus and culinary concepts.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Cuisine in gastronomic restaurants.
2. Experience with international high-end luxury brands and remote island locations.
