3. Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of products, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s culinary arts concepts.
4. Adapt creations to guest preferences, special events, and bespoke dining experiences.
5. Contribute to the evolution of bakery offerings by developing new recipes and seasonal creations.
6. Enhance gastronomic events and tailor-made services through craftsmanship and passion.

1. Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or certificate in pastry-making or baking.
2. 4 years of experience in a fine-dining establishment with 2 years in a similar role.
3. Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations.

2. Mastery of French culinary techniques.
3. Fluent English (spoken and written).
4. Passion for gastronomy.
5. Precision and attention to detail.
6. Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.

Minimum of 4 years in a fine-dining establishment, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
