- Craft exceptional breads, viennoiseries, and baked creations under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef.
- Ensure consistency, freshness, and excellence across all baked goods served throughout the Maison.
- Oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of products, ensuring alignment with the Maison’s culinary arts concepts.
- Adapt creations to guest preferences, special events, and bespoke dining experiences.
- Contribute to the evolution of bakery offerings by developing new recipes and seasonal creations.
- Enhance gastronomic events and tailor-made services through craftsmanship and passion.
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or certificate in pastry-making or baking.
- 4 years of experience in a fine-dining establishment with 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations.
- Proficiency in hygiene and food safety standards.
- Mastery of French culinary techniques.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Minimum of 4 years in a fine-dining establishment, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
