1. Conduct structural and finishing carpentry works with precision and adherence to brand standards.
2. Handle and resolve guest villa issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
3. Plan and execute preventive maintenance for guest villas, maintaining high standards of workmanship.
4. Operate power tools safely and comply with all safety requirements.
5. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately to execute tasks.
6. Deliver high-quality fine carpentry works with creativity and attention to detail.
7. Plan and self-organize to manage a high workload effectively.
8. Perform fiberglass and boat maintenance tasks as required.

1. Preferably a Maldivian national.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort establishments.
