Cheval Blanc Butler Service Manager

- Ensure the fulfillment of the Cheval Blanc client experience promise in the apartments for all resident guests, making their stay memorable.
- Supervise and organize the work of the Butler teams, responding to guest requests in collaboration with the Carte Blanche service, Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments.
- Prepare guest stays in close collaboration with the Reservations department.
- Oversee the execution of special guest requests and the preparation of welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP amenities.
- Guarantee the proper preparation of apartments according to Cheval Blanc service standards.
- Ensure the implementation of Butler services, including floral arrangements, valet service, wardrobe installation, luggage packing, shoe polishing, and minibar stocking.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage complaints and propose solutions in accordance with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Ensure accurate completion of guest CARDEX in line with hotel procedures.
- Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Promote all hotel services, including apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, and excursions.
- Propose and develop signature products/services to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure effective communication of guest information to all hotel services and management.
- Develop, implement, and monitor service management procedures to ensure reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, organizing work schedules and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Manage optimal supply of materials in workstations and storage areas.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
Advanced degree in Hospitality Management
The position offers a stimulating work environment, a 13th-month salary after one year of service, 50% reimbursement of health insurance, access to LVMH private sales after six months, extensive internal training, social worker support, secure bicycle and scooter parking, company Uber account for late-night commutes, 90% reimbursement of transportation costs, provided and laundered uniforms, and meals at the staff restaurant.
