1. Ensure the delivery of the Cheval Blanc guest experience in apartments, making each stay memorable.
2. Supervise and organize the Butler team, ensuring seamless collaboration with various departments such as Carte Blanche, Housekeeping, and Concierge.
3. Prepare guest stays in coordination with the Reservations team.
4. Oversee special guest requests, including welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP amenities.
5. Guarantee the meticulous preparation of apartments according to Cheval Blanc service standards.
6. Manage the execution of butler services, including wardrobe installation, luggage packing, and minibar stocking.
7. Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored assistance while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
8. Handle guest complaints and implement solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
9. Promote hotel services and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
10. Recruit, train, and manage the Butler team, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
11. Maintain optimal supply levels for workstations and storage areas.

1. Higher education in Hospitality Management
