- Ensure the delivery of the Cheval Blanc guest experience in apartments, making each stay memorable.
- Supervise and organize the Butler team, ensuring seamless collaboration with various departments such as Carte Blanche, Housekeeping, and Concierge.
- Prepare guest stays in coordination with the Reservations team.
- Oversee special guest requests, including welcome gifts, F&B orders, and VIP amenities.
- Guarantee the meticulous preparation of apartments according to Cheval Blanc service standards.
- Manage the execution of butler services, including wardrobe installation, luggage packing, and minibar stocking.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored assistance while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Handle guest complaints and implement solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Promote hotel services and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Recruit, train, and manage the Butler team, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain optimal supply levels for workstations and storage areas.
- Higher education in Hospitality Management
- Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector
