- Ensure the delivery of the Cheval Blanc guest experience in apartments, making stays memorable.
- Assist with the signature Cheval Blanc welcome in rooms and personalize guest stays.
- Support Butlers in client relations on floors and ensure all guest requests are followed up.
- Coordinate with Butlers to enhance guest stays and respond to guest requests in collaboration with Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
- Implement special guest requests for rooms made prior to arrival.
- Propose personalized signature welcomes with Butlers based on guest VIP status.
- Assist Butlers in preparing welcome gifts, notes, F&B orders, and VIP spa products.
- Participate in VIP welcome arrangements before guest arrival.
- Assist in checking the Cheval Blanc atmosphere in rooms before guest arrival and coordinate adjustments with Housekeeping and Butler Service Management.
- Refresh floral arrangements in apartments.
- Manage guest shoe care for polishing.
- Advise and organize guest stays under the supervision of Butler Service Management and in collaboration with hotel services.
- Promote all hotel services (apartments, restaurants, bars, spa, excursions, etc.).
- Strive to meet guest requests and ensure the quality of service delivery.
- Maintain excellent guest relations with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Participate in complaint management and propose solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning client or colleague safety to management.
