1. Ensure exceptional client experience in the apartments, embodying the Cheval Blanc signature service.
2. Manage client relations on the floors, ensuring all requests are fulfilled and communicated effectively to the team.
3. Coordinate guest stay activities in collaboration with the Housekeeping and Carte Blanche services.
4. Welcome, orient, and seat guests, offering menu and beverage recommendations.
5. Maintain optimal conditions of the service area and ensure accurate billing procedures.
6. Oversee reservations and coordinate with kitchen and pastry services.
7. Participate in linen management and wine cellar operations.
8. Facilitate internal communication and ensure accurate transmission of guest information to the team.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
