- Ensure a refined bar service, providing guests with a convivial and memorable experience.

- Maintain the bar's setup, stock control, and cleanliness, ensuring a seamless service flow.

- Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
- Previous experience in a similar establishment, either through internships or positions.
- Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury hospitality or fine dining sector.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
