1. Ensure a refined bar service, providing guests with a convivial and memorable experience.

4. Maintain setup, stock control, and cleanliness of the bar area.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
