1. Ensure a refined bar service, providing guests with a convivial and memorable experience.

3. Contribute to guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and personalizing service.
4. Maintain setup, stock control, and cleanliness of the bar area.
5. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a seamless and harmonious service experience.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
2. Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
3. Mastery of service techniques.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
