- Welcome guests at the Italian Restaurant Langosteria in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Advise guests on cocktail and spirit selections to enhance sales and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote the restaurant and hotel events, as well as other Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the bar area, ensuring stock management and inventory control.
- Prepare and serve cocktails and various beverages as per guest requests.
- Participate in order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages following hotel standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments in line with hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products to guests.
- Conduct cleaning tasks according to hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff and participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of the bar menu.
- Ensure internal communication and information flow within the service.
- Adhere to and enforce hygiene, safety, and alcohol consumption regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Formal training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- MC Barman certification.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Passion for the bar and restaurant industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Team spirit and a desire to excel in hospitality and restaurant professions.
- Ability to maintain a polished image and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in bar techniques, recipes, and product knowledge.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar establishment is required.
Formal training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
