- Welcome guests at the bar following hotel procedures.
- Assist the bartender in guiding cocktail and spirit sales and ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Assist in linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Contribute to the management of the wine cellar.
- Participate in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
- Assist bartenders in order taking, preparation, and service of beverages.
- Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and manage equipment maintenance.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation standards.
- Ensure excellence in the client experience.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
- Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or fine dining environments
- Strong gastronomic culture
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit
- Desire to progress in hospitality and restaurant professions
- Sales and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros is an advantage
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Beginner level experience is acceptable.
Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
