1. Welcome guests at the bar following hotel procedures.
2. Assist the bartender in guiding cocktail and spirit sales and ensuring service excellence.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Assist in linen management, including setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Contribute to the management of the wine cellar.
7. Participate in the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Assist bartenders in order taking, preparation, and service of beverages.
9. Ensure effective internal communication within the service.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and manage equipment maintenance.
11. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation standards.
12. Ensure excellence in the client experience.
13. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hotel or fine dining environments
4. Strong gastronomic culture
5. Proficiency in computer tools

1. Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
2. Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact
3. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
4. Flexibility, adaptability, and team spirit
5. Desire to progress in hospitality and restaurant professions
6. Sales and communication skills
7. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Micros is an advantage
8. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management
