1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist bartenders in cocktail and spirit sales and service.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Assist in cellar management.
7. Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Support bartenders in order taking, preparation, and service of beverages.
9. Maintain internal communication and information flow within the service.
10. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar and equipment.
11. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation standards.
12. Maintain excellence in customer experience.
13. Report any abnormal situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
4. Strong understanding of gastronomy.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.
