1. Welcome guests according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist the bartender in cocktail and spirit sales and service.
3. Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
4. Participate in inventory management.
5. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
6. Assist in cellar management.
7. Contribute to the creation and evolution of bar menus.
8. Support bartenders in order taking, drink preparation, and service.
9. Facilitate internal communication within the service.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and equipment.
11. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and beverage legislation.
12. Uphold excellence in the client experience.
13. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. Training in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants.
4. Strong gastronomic culture.
5. Proficiency in computer tools.
