1. Assist the bartender in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Maintain hygiene standards by preparing and organizing the bar area according to HACCP guidelines.
3. Manage inventory and ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Support the service team by assisting with the presentation of food and beverages.
5. Ensure cleanliness of the dining area and maintenance of service equipment.
6. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding for a harmonious service.
7. Promote the hotel's restaurants and culinary events.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
2. Previous experience in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English; proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including internships or positions in similar establishments.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
