1. Serve as an Ambassador of the Art of Hospitality, particularly within the bar setting.
2. Assist the Bar Manager and team in creating a convivial and refined atmosphere.
3. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards (HACCP) and manage bar preparation and organization.
4. Participate actively in service, utilizing expertise in mixology and beverage service.
5. Communicate effectively with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
6. Promote bar events and special offers, as well as other dining events organized by the hotel.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
5. Proficiency in a third language is appreciated (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese).

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or fine dining.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
