1. Assist in the setup and maintenance of the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and optimal supply throughout service hours.
2. Facilitate communication between the bar and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, and stewarding departments.
3. Support the bartender in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
4. Contribute to the production, service, and clearing of beverages and dishes.
5. Ensure the bar is well-stocked and organized before and during service.
6. Perform cleaning duties and maintain bar equipment.
7. Promote the hotel's services and products to guests.
8. Adhere to and implement HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to supervisors.

1. Diploma in Culinary Arts or Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
