- Ensure optimal operation of the Banquets service, supervising and controlling operations in adherence to hotel quality standards and procedures.
- Oversee the seamless execution of services, from guest reception to payment and departure.
- Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Guarantee the optimal updating of guest Cardex.
- Collaborate with the security service to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Manage guest complaints and claims with care, following hotel procedures.
- Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Apply and enforce quality standards within the service.
- Foster and expand clientele; promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchens and patisserie to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and premises, and ensure team compliance with HACCP protocols.
- Participate in the development of budget forecasts for the service.
- Manage service-related costs (food, equipment, personnel) and implement actions to increase revenue.
- Supervise stock management and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat service.
- Participate in supplier selection, relationships, and price negotiations in close collaboration with the Purchasing department.
- Monitor service performance indicators (customer satisfaction, revenue, staff satisfaction).
- Recruit, train, and manage staff, organizing work and schedules.
- Welcome, train, and ensure the integration of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures within the service.
- Ensure proper communication of client-related information and instructions to all teams.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
- Diploma in catering (CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or higher)
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality and/or starred gastronomic catering
- Good knowledge of oenology and gastronomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills, with courtesy and tact
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a hotel setting
- Oral communication proficiency

- Ability to work transversally with operational and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, service providers)

A minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a luxury establishment is required.
Diploma in catering (CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or higher)
