1. Ensure optimal operation of the Banquets service, supervising and controlling operations in adherence to hotel quality standards and procedures.
2. Oversee the seamless execution of services, from guest reception to payment and departure.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
4. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
5. Guarantee the optimal updating of guest Cardex.
6. Collaborate with the security service to ensure guest safety and comfort.
7. Manage guest complaints and claims with care, following hotel procedures.
8. Propose enhancements to products/services to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty.
9. Apply and enforce quality standards within the service.
10. Foster and expand clientele; promote hotel services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection.
11. Coordinate effectively with kitchens and patisserie to ensure smooth operations.
12. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and premises, and ensure team compliance with HACCP protocols.
13. Participate in the development of budget forecasts for the service.
14. Manage service-related costs (food, equipment, personnel) and implement actions to increase revenue.
15. Supervise stock management and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Economat service.
16. Participate in supplier selection, relationships, and price negotiations in close collaboration with the Purchasing department.
17. Monitor service performance indicators (customer satisfaction, revenue, staff satisfaction).
18. Recruit, train, and manage staff, organizing work and schedules.
19. Welcome, train, and ensure the integration of new team members.
20. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures within the service.
21. Ensure proper communication of client-related information and instructions to all teams.
22. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.

1. Diploma in catering (CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or higher)
2. Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Knowledge of luxury hospitality and/or starred gastronomic catering
4. Good knowledge of oenology and gastronomy
