1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for bakery products.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of pastries and breads.
3. Ensure service delivery adheres to hotel standards and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes as required.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues to the hierarchy.

1. BEP/CAP in Bakery
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environments

Initial experience as a Bakery Commis or significant internships in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant bakery.
