1. Assist in the preparation of dough and shaping of bread and pastries.
2. Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards, maintaining product quality.
3. Support experienced bakers in crafting bakery creations, enhancing personal baking skills.
4. Deliver impeccable service, adhering to establishment standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
5. Manage the setup and presentation of bakery products, ensuring an attractive display.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment, following HACCP standards and internal procedures.
7. Participate in the receipt of goods, adhering to established protocols.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
2. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
3. Team spirit, availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Passion for hospitality and gastronomy.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.

BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
