1. Prepare dough and shape bread and pastries, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
2. Assist experienced bakers in crafting bakery creations, enhancing skills in bread-making.
3. Maintain service standards, providing impeccable customer experiences.
4. Set up and present products attractively, ensuring appealing displays of bread and pastries.
5. Uphold HACCP standards and internal procedures, maintaining cleanliness of premises and equipment.
6. Participate in receiving goods according to established protocols.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Restaurant Desserts.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.

2. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
3. Team spirit, availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
4. Passion for hospitality and gastronomy.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-standard establishment.

BEP/CAP in Pastry or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Restaurant Desserts.
