1. Perform preliminary preparation tasks for bakery products.
2. Assist Demi-Chefs de Partie and Chefs de Partie in the creation and development of pastries and breads.
3. Ensure service is conducted in accordance with hotel rules and procedures.
4. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of premises and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
5. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols and hotel procedures.
6. Set up and distribute dishes.
7. Participate in waste sorting and disposal.
8. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to clients or colleagues.

1. BEP/CAP in Bakery
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bakery Assistant or have completed significant internships in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant.
