1. Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards and legal frameworks.
2. Monitor water hygiene procedures.
3. Conduct daily inspections of technical installations to prevent malfunctions.
4. Collaborate with various departments to coordinate maintenance and technical interventions.
5. Maintain staff accommodations pre-season and during the season.
6. Manage maintenance budgets, including contracts and purchases.
7. Liaise with subcontractors and manage technical tenders and projects.
8. Oversee maintenance equipment and tool inventories.
9. Organize and schedule the work of the technical service team.
10. Conduct performance evaluations for technical service staff.
11. Implement LQA standards daily.
12. Apply fire and evacuation procedures in case of emergencies.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proven expertise in technical management within a hospitality setting.
