1. Support and substitute the Security Manager during absences.
2. Lead and manage the security team effectively.
3. Organize and oversee the activities of specialist operators.
4. Ensure compliance with fire safety and quality procedures at Cheval Blanc Paris.
5. Manage human resources, including task planning and allocation.
6. Develop and monitor work programs and team patrols.
7. Participate in and reinforce team patrols.
8. Prepare and follow up on security commissions and implement corrective measures.
9. Perform operational on-call duties as required.

1. Valid SSIAP 2 certification or equivalent.
2. Current SST or PSC1 certification.
3. Valid AFPS title and professional card.

2. Proficiency in security and safety tools and procedures.
3. Strong command of office software.
4. Ability to control fire safety systems.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury industry.
