1. Support the Safety and Security Manager in ensuring a safe and secure environment within the Maison.
2. Assist in overseeing safety and security operations for the resort's opening in the Seychelles.
3. Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees by implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to minimize risk and loss.
4. Manage emergency response procedures effectively.
5. Maintain accurate records of all incidents and responses.
6. Conduct regular security audits.
7. Develop and conduct training programs for employees.

1. Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in security management or related fields in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations, emergency response procedures, and risk management strategies.

1. Demonstrated ability to manage a team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in security management software and Microsoft Office.
5. Knowledge of fire and life safety systems and emergency response procedures.
6. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, access control systems, and other security technologies.

A minimum of five years of experience in security management or related fields within the hospitality industry is required.

Diploma or Certificate in Security Management or a related field.
