1. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
2. Assist in managing a team of 7, including scheduling and training staff to uphold Cheval Blanc service standards.
3. Implement and develop service procedures, ensuring adherence to LQA standards.
4. Participate in daily operations, from breakfast to dinner service, ensuring seamless service delivery.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menus and products to effectively communicate with guests.
6. Deliver exceptional service to promote the Chef's cuisine and enhance the guest experience.
7. Demonstrate versatility by transitioning between different service areas, including private bars and in-room dining.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
