1. Record product deliveries and invoices in the general accounting system.
2. Ensure compliance with established cost control procedures and develop new procedures to enhance efficiency.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain an up-to-date purchasing system.
4. Reconcile inventory reports with accounting balances and resolve discrepancies.
5. Participate in month-end reporting and analyze cost-to-sales ratios.
6. Conduct routine physical inventory checks and prevent loss and spoilage of goods.
7. Prepare various reports such as the Receiving Record and Slow Moving Item Report.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
3. Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous.

1. Proficiency in accounting software and general ledger systems.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Understanding of purchasing, inventory control, and financial reporting procedures.

Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting within the hospitality industry.

Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
