- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services across all resort departments.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (F&B, housekeeping, engineering, spa, and operations) to anticipate needs and define specifications.
- Source suppliers, conduct market analysis, and evaluate vendor proposals to secure quality products at competitive commercial terms.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts and delivery conditions while maintaining strong supplier relationships aligned with the Maison’s standards.
- Administer purchasing systems and inventory modules to control stock levels, process purchase orders and monitor consumption patterns.
- Liaise with logistics and receiving teams to schedule shipments, track inbound deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures, performing regular inventory reconciliations and reporting on stock KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, supply-chain resilience and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing or supply-chain operations within luxury hospitality or resort environments.
- Demonstrated experience with inventory control, procurement procedures and supplier coordination in a multi-department resort context.
- Proven track record negotiating commercial terms and managing supplier performance.
- Strong competency in coordinating logistics, transportation and delivery workflows for remote island operations.
- Organised, analytical and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and documentation discipline.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive problem-solver able to operate in a dynamic, high-volume service environment.

Minimum five years of progressive purchasing or supply-chain experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or resort operations, including exposure to logistics, inventory control and supplier management in remote or island settings.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
