- Assist the Restaurant Manager in all operational duties and assume responsibility in their absence.
- Ensure optimal operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and lead the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to revenue optimization while maintaining cost control and service quality.
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, adhering to hotel procedures.
- Promote the hotel's services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection to enhance guest loyalty.
- Coordinate with kitchen and pastry teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee inventory and stock management in accordance with hotel protocols.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
- Competence in using Office Suite, Micros, and Opera systems.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.
Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
