1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in all operational duties and assume responsibility in their absence.
2. Ensure optimal operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
3. Manage and lead the restaurant team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
4. Contribute to revenue optimization while maintaining cost control and service quality.
5. Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, adhering to hotel procedures.
6. Promote the hotel's services and the broader Cheval Blanc Collection to enhance guest loyalty.
7. Coordinate with kitchen and pastry teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
8. Oversee inventory and stock management in accordance with hotel protocols.
9. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of team members.

1. Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
2. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
3. Familiarity with HACCP hygiene standards.

1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
3. Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese are advantageous.
4. Competence in using Office Suite, Micros, and Opera systems.
5. Proven leadership and management abilities.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a luxury establishment is required.

Higher education in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
