1. Assist the Maître d'Hôtel in coordinating and ensuring excellence in service, providing each guest with a refined and personalized experience.
2. Play a pivotal role in service execution and customer satisfaction, while guiding and mentoring the team.
3. Contribute to the development of the team (Chefs de Rang, Commis, Interns) by imparting comprehensive knowledge of the menu and products, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
4. Manage billing and payment processes at the point of sale, and participate in promoting the hotel's dining venues and events.
5. Ensure a seamless, harmonious, and memorable service for each guest through attention to detail, precision, and team motivation.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality or fine dining establishment.
2. Proficiency in HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.

Accommodation or housing allowance of €250 gross. Meals provided during working hours. Uniform provided and laundered. Transportation costs covered (€100 each way). Bicycle loan available under conditions. Passionate teams.
