1. Ensure optimal condition of the point of sale at all times.
2. Oversee all reservations prior to service.
3. Greet, orient, and seat guests in the venue.
4. Monitor the condition of the cloakroom.
5. Ensure smooth service operations from guest arrival to departure, adhering to hotel procedures.
6. Present the menu and beverages, taking orders while advising guests.
7. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service.
8. Handle billing in accordance with hotel procedures.
9. Promote the hotel's services and Cheval Blanc properties to enhance performance indicators.
10. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and pastry departments.
11. Lead briefings in the absence of senior management and assess team knowledge.
12. Assist the Maître d'Hôtel and Deputy Venue Manager in their duties and ensure adherence to schedules.
13. Participate in recruiting new team members and conducting development interviews.
14. Train, coordinate, and organize the work of the team.
15. Manage and raise awareness about operational cost management.
16. Participate in inventory management.
17. Oversee linen management (setup, renewal, supply).
18. Manage the wine cellar.
19. Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
20. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
21. Communicate any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BAC PRO or BTS degree.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred gastronomy.
