- Assist the Import/Export Manager in managing stock of finished products and packaging elements.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the logistics chain, including the reception, storage, tracking, and distribution of products, adhering to HACCP standards.
- Coordinate stock management activities with production and sales departments to ensure quality and order transfer.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and quality standards.
- Supervise the reception, control, and storage of packaging and finished products.
- Maintain an accurate daily inventory using appropriate management tools and software.
- Implement procedures to optimize stock rotation and minimize losses.
- Coordinate and oversee transport and logistics operations for imported and exported products to various sales points.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and report quality issues or product non-compliance.
- Analyze stock management processes and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations coordination.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team responsible for stock and logistics management.
- Previous experience in a similar role, managing a receiving and economat team.
- In-depth knowledge of specific hospitality tools.
- Proven organizational skills and effective work methods.
- Adaptability to various situations and a drive for excellence.
- Curiosity and innovation in proposing new projects.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in stock management software and tools.
