- Supervise and participate in the cleaning, maintenance, and organization of dishware, kitchen equipment, and facilities according to hotel procedures and hygiene standards.
- Manage dishware inventory and product orders in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities, and oversee the application of HACCP protocols by the team.
- Coordinate with chefs and external hygiene service providers to implement HACCP action plans.
- Act as the primary contact for hygiene services in the absence of the Stewarding Manager.
- Control costs related to materials and products.
- Uphold quality standards within the service.
- Coordinate operations between sales points and kitchens/pastry departments.
- Manage service-related costs including materials and personnel.
- Monitor and reduce breakage rates, and implement solutions to minimize them.
- Oversee stock management and ensure quality and quantity of supplies in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of team members.
- Facilitate the integration of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal management procedures.
- Organize and supervise team work schedules and adherence to established plans.
- Report any safety or accident risks to management.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management (e.g., BTS).
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and representative skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Empathy, anticipation, initiative-taking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, organization, and precision.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Team spirit and leadership capabilities.
- Desire to advance in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment.
Advanced degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management.
